  • MarketCenter LIVE, Market-Q, LiveCharts login issue

    Attention MarketCenter LIVE, Market-Q, and LiveCharts users. We've received reports that some users are unable to access the login page for these Java Based products. Our Operations group is currently looking into this. We appreciate your patience as they work to resolve this matter. More info will be posted here as it becomes available.

    This issue appears to be resolved.

    We have stopped, taking calls from our users on this subject matter.

    Client's who continue to experience difficulties, are instructed to complete the following: clear browser cache, delete cookies and flush DNS.

    [1] Clear browser cache:
    - Clear your cache: Open your browser, click Tools - Internet Options. From the General tab, click "Delete All Files" under the Temporary Internet Files section.
    [2] Delete all cookies: Open your browser, click Tools - Internet Options. From the General tab, click "Settings" under the Temporary Internet Files section. Select "View Files", then select all the files shown and delete them.
    [3] Flush DNS: Open a command prompt window
    (Start/run...then type cmd and press your <ENTER> key)
    Then type the following at the prompt:
    ipconfig /flushdns
    then press your <ENTER> key
    NOTE: In case your security does not allow this operation, please try recycling the power on your modem.

    If possible, please also, avoid using any saved bookmarks or shortcuts when accessing the login page.
