      We're in the process of upgrading our tick servers with additional memory which should improve loading times for customers using tick based charts. The rollout will be complete by Monday and we'll continue to monitor our servers for performance. We apologize for any issues this may have caused.

        We've seen improvements with the hardware upgrades but the slow loading tick charts continue to be an issue for some users. In some cases it may take 30 seconds or more to populate tick data in the chart. From there, additional bars will continue to load in sections. Additionally, some users are unable to load more than 5 or 6 days of tick history. Our Engineers continue to investigate and review alternative configurations to fully address this issue. We will have an update by tomorrow.
