PIVOT LINES displayed incorrectly on 1 min charts

The answer may be already contained in this thread thanks to Brian.
I just ran the formula he posted using ES M3 as the symbol and the PivotPointsAllNew.efs using ES M3=2. As you can see in the attached image the Pivot Points are identical which implies that even though ES M3 includes all sessions the Pivots are based on RTH only.
