Calculate formula from Date & Time

I am looking to calculate and display a formula from a user defined (mouse click) date and time. I have been able to return index, date (days,months,years), and time (hours, minutes, seconds), but I am unable to get the script to launch (calculate & display) from that point.

Suggestions? Any help is much appreciated.
