Premarket Data on 1 & 5 min intervals for E-Minis.

For the last 10 days I have been unable to get premarket and after market intervals for 1 min & 5 min charts. However, when the market opens, they immediately register.

Have had correspondence witn tech support; "NO JOY".

Anyone else having this very, very serious problem???

Have you tried to tap your "All session" option?

Can you tell me where the "All Sessions" selection is to Tap?

In the Issues dialog box there is a checkbox for All Sessions
