  • Reporting bad ticks...

SPY just printed a bad tick... too low, but it has been taken out.

However, yesterday it still has a bad tick representing the intraday high value.

I am using QCharts... wondering how one reports these sorts of things. As you know, a bad print wreaks havoc on bars and candlesticks, etc.

Is there a number to call; better, an email to use?

    Thanks, JB

    Hi,

If you are using QCharts 6.xx, you can use any of the eSignal contact channels to report a data issue, most notably the bad tick reporter.

If you are using QCharts ver 5.xx or earlier, then you'd use the regular QCharts support channels for those legacy data issues.

    Thanks.
