Once again NSE data missing for Over an Hour

After several incidences of NSE data missing from few minutes to few hours in last 5 years, it has happened again today.

One hour & 5 minutes data is missing for NSE from 13:36 to 14:41 local time today, May 14, 2012. This is second incidence in last 6 months.

There was a big discussion last year where eSignal said it was fixed & had an excellent back up plan but nothing has changed.

The question is why it doesn't happen with US markets but happens frequently with NSE ? Are they considered not important ?

Can you please explain what is going on ?

And what happened despite your promise last year ?

With open positions, it costs dearly to customers.

Also it messes up charts making it impossible to trade for few days untill more accurate data is built from scratch.

Please tell us if you have a solid back up plan for this kind of frequent interruptions ?

Also can you fill the hole for this data ?

The article does indicate problem started at 13:36, but does not confirm the end time. As I remember it, many futures symbols had issues, some probably were solved before, some later, and none of the CASH segment were affected.
