FTSE 100 not entitled

Hello,

I have the all global subscription for Esignal OnDemand which gives me all regions.

I type $UKX-FTSE and it says I am not entitled.

Why?

FTSE Indices are fee-liable, even on a delayed basis so you'll have to add that service to your account. Here's a good reference article on our OnDemand service:
