elapsed timeout of waiting data

I posted the below in the EFS Studies Formum and received a reply that it might be more appropriate for this Forum. The issue I am experiencing is my 10 minute charts load fine but my Dialy charts are not loading (two charts open on same page). After a while of experiencing this, I will get the error messages below. Does anyone have any insight into this?
