No Data manager at eSignal starting

Hello from Paris,

I have just installed eSignal premium with a CME data feed subscription real time.
In the launching of the programme, it's impossible to have the data flow. The state box at the bottom right of the program have not OK green.

Before starting eSignal, if I start manually the data manager program whom I have found in the Windows program list, OK box is green signaling than the flow is activate, the CME Quote is dispayed with the good data but i have no chart

How load automatically the data manager at eSignal starting to have the flow?
