intraday volumes are all screwed up


you're using up a lot of your bandwidth sending out useless data

i doubt its the applet as the build hasnt changed since june, hadnt seen this problem before only within the last few days


anyway thought i'd let you know as wireless guru said the problem was fixed and hasnt replied to earlier corrections to his assumption

Has eSignal Acknowledged Problem??

This has been going on for some time. Has eSignal even acknowledged that there is a problem?

The issue is still under investigation with QA and the programmmers.

The changes were made to the servers and did not require a change to the applet is why you didn't see a new build date on the applet. Your other question about the volume on intraday charts... example EGY was being looked into by QA. We are testing the update and it will be rolled out next week. Starting on the 15th and will finish on the 18th to the entire sever farm. Thanks.

Along with the emergency fix for the volume on intraday charts a fix for the last session bar on intraday charts when "All Sessions" is turned off will be updated too.

And the applet gets an updated protocol that supports packet aggregation that will increase speed and efficiency of LiveCharts.

the issue is not when All Sessions is turned off that is the problem..

the issue is when the All Sessions is turned ON that is the problem with the last few bars of the day..

The All Sessions has to be turned off to get the correct reading..

and the reason the All Sessions needs to be turned on is because the 8.29 bar does not get recorded on the chart..

so are both issues to be fixed....
