Off topic here but I have tried email to the QCHarts Plugin administrator with no reply.

I understand that the Hot Stock Movers and historic stock movers functions are provided at no charge and very much appreciate that. However, those functions quit working 2 weeks ago. Please advise?

Hi Jim,

thanks for contacting us.

I guess that you are trying to contact the administrator of another QCharts plugin.
We are offering our services under the URL http://www.stock-research-tools.com and we do not have a service called "Hot Stock Movers".

Our tools are not entirely for free and this for a reason. We have to buy valid end-of-day data (cheap data often contains wrong data), continue developing our services and also maintain a staff that answers customer requests.

However, we are currently working on a sponsored QCharts plugin version that also incorporates functionalities requested from participants of the survey. It will be available in autumn this year.

QCPluggin - You've reached the max

I tried sending a Support Ticket - but got: "You've reached the maximum open tickets allowed."

Geepers, I've reported 3 other items in the past 2 weeks; two have been resolved . . . so, it seems perhaps changing the counter would be helpful. Additionally, as a user - if I'm having problems with a paid service, WHY is there a maximum number of open tickets even in the equation?

Ten days later, the QCPluggin still does not paint the SD overlay . . . and "support" is still not available.

Does anybody from QCPluggin read the Forums?

I am sorry that you are experiencing these problems but unfortunately, I won't be able to help you as we are not linked to esignals QCharts software but are an independent provider of analysis software that can be linked into QCharts.
