The design phase is now complete and development has begun. ETA has been established for next quarter (hopefully closer to April than June).

      Thanks.

        Hi Scott,

Any news on the iphone progress. Can you also tell if the functionalities (indicators, time interval,.. ) are the same as they are in the windows mobile version.

        Thanks pb

ETA for the iPhone QuoTrek release is late June 2009. May have a preview available earlier so people can see what functionality will be available in this first release.

          Thanks.

We have a pretty raw internal alpha but it needs more work. Not sure on an ETA but we're definitely making progress!

              Thanks.

Let me get the latest status direct from engineering and I'll get back to this thread. Sorry this release has taken longer than expected.

                  Thanks.

                    Obviously it's not your priority.

From a QuoTrek development standpoint, the iPhone is a top priority but there are limited resources working on that project. Please keep in mind that we redistribute data on 1,700,000 instruments from 185 different sources. There's a lot of coding that goes into a new app to handle all the differences, formats, screen issues, etc.

We also plan to offer real-time and delayed streaming data plus the option of delayed snapshot data on the iPhone. Per the QuoTrek Product Manager, the ETA for release is Q4 (Oct-Dec).

                      Thanks.

                          Hi ScottJ,

To add to your workload, you might want to consider an iPad version also. Once you have the iPhone version, then the conversion to iPad should be pretty straightforward.

Really hope this product gets launched within the next few weeks. It would be good for eSignal to benefit from the iPad hype at launch.

Quotrek for the iPhone should be ready in the next month or so. The internal alpha looks good.

Request for an iPad version has already been submitted to Product Management and is under review.

                              Thanks.

Sneaky sneaky, you guys kept that quiet!!

Quotrek for the iPhone has been released on 5th April 2010 without warning or hype or build up.

"paissa" should be over the moon!

I will eagerly look forward to an iPad version but in the meantime I could use the iPhone version.

                                Thanks
