Cannot load historic data from esignal

I am having difficulties trying to load historic data into tradestation 2000i.

I use the globalserver and select download data from Esignal then select the dates I want then the globalserver claims it has downloaded the information but it is still not present in the tradestation charts???

This is most frustrating as it seems to load some partial intraday data but no daily information. Also the intraday data it does download is incomplete. I know esignal is sending the data as it displays within the esignal program but not within tradestation??

Any help would be appreciated...

download the plugin

You have to download the esignal plugin first. Link is below:

then Download the 2nd program:

eSignalPluginTS2000i_5156.exe


I had the same problem and installed the plugin twice.
It's working now.
