  • GlobalServer Critical Error

    Hi there,

    I have not been able to download data from eSignal for a while. Every time I click the download data, GlobalServer shutdowns and display a "Critical Error" message.

    Has anyone experienced it? I appreciate any help. Thanks.

    I have tried: Unistalling and installing TS2K, clearing the symbols, etc.

      I found this Global Server info while fighting GS issues of my own. It contains some useful info. I have found that when a clean install of TS2000i won't do the trick, I have needed to reload the OS to make everything work again. I know this is not what you want to hear but it might be your only hope. Good luck and keep us posted.
