Some Problems with TS 2Ki RT Data Loading

Hi, Alexis or anyone who is familiar with the following issues:

I have been using eSignal RT Data to feed TS 2Ki but have some problems. I wonder if you could help.

1. All daily data can not be updated until after 12 PM local time (which is the US CST in my case) using the plugin. Same problem using Q Collector Pro.

2. RT data for YG Z9 and NQ U9 can not be displayed until 20 mins after the US equity markets open. YG #F, NQ #F, the ESs, TFs, YIs and YMs are all fine.

3. RT data stops at 1 PM US CST for YG Z9, YG #F, YI U9 and YI #F. The historical data is downloadable afterwards using the plugin.

No such problems are found with eSignal Advanced charting.

I do not see INDEX as an option for my downloads, and my Plugin version has _5156 as its extension. Is this the latest? Do I need to do something to have my Plugin offer Index as an option for downloads?

Dan,

Just click the "Add Item.." (highlighted in yellow) at the bottom then you can add whatever you need.
