OEC Integrated Trading Setup issues

Hello all,

I am trying to setup OEC for integrated trading from within the 64 bit version of eSignal 11.6, I have tried this on both a 64 bit Windows 8 & 7 machine but cannot connect from eSignal, the message i get back is,

2013-08-14 15:40:01 Connection OEC Open E Cry, LLC is unable to connect due to the existing connection settings. Please review and change the settings and then try again.
2013-08-14 15:40:01 Software not permitted
2013-08-14 15:39:59 Connecting
2013-08-14 15:39:57 Initializing API

Has anyone seen this problem and been able to resolve it?, let me know if you have as Im pretty much stuck.

Hello Ainsley,

The second line entry from the top "2013-08-14 15:40:01 Software not permitted" let's you know that the software has not yet been authorized by OEC. Step 5 in this KB article 4913 provides a link to register the eSignal application with OEC.

Please try this and let me know if you continue to experience the same issue.
