Issues connect using Comcast
We are seeing a flood of calls from Comcast high speed cable users reporting problems getting data from eSignal. We are not aware of any issues w/in our Network but we are contacting Comcast to report the problem and to help diagnose the issue.

The issue with Comcast has been resolved in the Chicago area, we can now connect to all eSignal products.
