Announcing the New eSignal Support Site

This Wednesday afternoon (11/11/09), eSignal Support is moving from eSignalCentral.com to eSignal.com. The new site will feature an improved .NET framework, enhanced design, along with a user-friendly navigation. All of the current Support content on eSignalCentral.com will be re-directed to www.esignal.com/support. Although the automatic re-directs will be in place for some time, please be sure to update any old bookmarks with the new corresponding URLs.

Some of the new features include:

Updated New User Orientations for all Retail Products.
The inclusion of the Support content when using the Search eSignal function.
Several updated product training videos (EFS Basics, QuoTrek, LiveCharts, Ticker Window) with many more being added to our existing library.
Standardized look and feel to match the Style Guide for eSignal.com.
New eSignal.com headers for the Forums, File Share, and KnowledgeBase.
Easy to use Navigation by Product and more!

We're confident that the integration of Support on eSignal.com will make it easier to find the answers you're looking for. If you have any questions about the new site please feel free to contact our Support team.

Thank you,
Ray P.
