Please note that a majority of the futures symbols on the Bombay SE Futures exchange (-BOF) will be changing. The impacted futures root symbols will be going from 3 to 4 characters. This change will go into effect on Friday, July 22, 2011. We apologize for the short notice as this was only recently brought to our attention. The widely followed BSE SENSEX (Root Symbol BSX) will not be changing symbols.

All the historical and intraday data will be moved to the new symbols. Please update your charts, quote windows, formulas, tickers, DDE links, and so forth, with the new symbols.
