New Standalone Exchange - FTSE Bursa Malaysia Indices

Please note that several symbols currently on the Bursa Malaysia Indices are being moved to a new standalone service called the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Indices ($4 USD for Pros/$2 USD for Non-Pros per month). The new service will be needed in order to continue receiving data for the symbols below. Please note the symbol extension will be changing from -KLS to -FTSB.
