We are getting reports of some clients having trouble getting to our login pages for our web products. We are aware of the issue and looking into it. More info to follow as we have it.
Update 11:56am Pacific: We have addressed these issues. If you are still having trouble connecting please flush the DNS
Steps to Flush DNS:
1. Click the start button, then Click Run (Windows XP) or in the search field type in "cmd" without the quotes.
2. Once at the command prompt type in "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter.
3. Close and open your browser and login normally. This should take care of the issue.
