Eurex futures are erroneously displaying data from 03:26 to 03:59GMT. The engineers have been informed, but removing the data will unfortunately not be instant.
For eSignal users:
Until the data is removed, please use a time template to hide the data. Doing so will correct your charts and display correct data and indicators. Please right click on your chart, select Time Templates --> Auto. If no auto template is available, please create one as shown in the image below. Information on how to create time templates is available here. [Tick charts are not time sensitive, so this solution does unfortunately not help.]
For Workstation users:
Until the data is removed, please use a time template to hide the data. Doing so will correct your charts and display correct data and indicators. Please right click on your chart, select Time Templates --> Auto. If you do not see "Auto" please select Edit Templates. Click then on New Template and set the drop down menus as shown in the image. Confirm your settings by clicking Update/Add. Click then OK and add the template to the chat.
