As a result of the following actions, the Dow Jones Industrial Average and Composite Average will be calculated with new divisors prior to the open of trading on Monday, September 22, 2008.
- American International Group Inc. (NYSE: AIG) is to be deleted from the Dow Jones Industrial Average.
- Kraft Foods Inc. Cl A (NYSE: KFT) is to be added to the Dow Jones Industrial Average.
The divisor changes will be available after the close of trading Friday, September 19, 2008 and will be effective prior to the open of trading on Monday, September 22, 2008
