$BKX and other DJ Indices moved to S&P Cash Indices

$BKX (KBW Bank Index) and many other DJ Indices have been moved to the S&P Cash Indices bundle. You must subscribe to the S&P Cash Indices in order to continue receiving $BKX data along with the other impacted symbols. Click here for a complete list of symbols. As part of this change we will now be broadcasting these symbols in both Index (i.e. $BKX) and Cash Spot format (i.e. BKX A0). Due to limitations, intraday history on the Cash Spot symbols (BKX A0) will not be moved.
