ICE Futures US - Russell Cash Indices Removal

Please note that due to an exchange requirement, the Russell Cash Indices are being removed from the ICE Futures US effective December 12, 2014. These indices will continue to be available as part of the Russell Indices so if you wish to continue receiving this data, please subscribe to the Russell Indices by December 12, 2014.

USD5.00 for Non-Pros and USD17.00 for Professionals

This change only affects the cash indices which use the A0 format and are listed under the OLD SYMBOL column below. Futures / options contracts such as the Russell 2000 Futures (TF H5) are unaffected and will remain available via the ICE Futures US.
