dde with specific contributor

Does anyone know how to take the following dde formula that gives the Eurocurrency bid,

=WINROS|Bid!'EUR A0-fx'

and add or specify a contributor such as FXCM or GAIN or OH, for example?

or, for that matter, to give the best bid at all times, not necessarily the most recent?
