How to know if order is Filled

Hi!
1. I'd like to know from my application , that is uses the eSiganl Desktop API if some order is filled.
Does api have finction like onFilledOrder or some substitute for that.
2. If I recieved from some strategy running on eSignal console r on onPlaceOrder event, how may I know from wich strategy the order came from?
