HK and Aussie data in 3rd Party software not updating RT

Able to bring up HK and Australian stock data in eSignal where it updates RT. Able to bring up the daily and ID chart in 3rd party software (Dynamic Trader) but it does not update RT. All US markets and most overseas markets update RT no problem. Any suggestions why HK and Australian stock data will not update RT in third party software?
