I currently have an eSignal Premier account running on one machine and want to run my custom app (using the eSignal ActiveX API) on another machine. Can I simply add the API to my *existing* account and use the API on one machine (without running eSignal/winsig.exe) and use esignal/winsig.exe on the other machine?
Or do I need an add'l account to run the API on the second machine? If so, what is most basic account that I can add the API to? I only Dow/Nasdaq/S&P500 indices as well as NYSE, NASDAQ L1 and AMEX. I'd only look at about 10 symbols total. Can I get an eSignal Basic Equities account with the API added on or do I need to pony up for a fancier one?
If I need a new account, can I just install the Turbofeed Mgr or do I need to install the full eSignal 7.5?
Lastly, if I add a new account and don't like the API, do I get a refund on the API and startup fee? I know at one point there was a way to get the startup fee waived. Is this still available?
Thanks, Drew (esignal account: axiswest)
