Help backtesting scriptwioth indicator on a higher time frame than trade execution

Amended Bill Williams fractal script to generate trade signals on breaks from the buy and sell fractual. However when backtesting having dificulty managing the execution/stoploss and profit target execution.

Would be best to have ther fractuals calculated in a highertime frame and the trade managemnt via 1 minute bars..... is that possible and how ?
