4 hour stars at 1:00

Hello

I am trying to backtest in 4h time frame.

I enter 240 in the interval box but I don't understand why the first interval starts at 1:00 instead of 00:00.

Can somebody please explain why or if I can make the intervals start at 00:00 so the last one goes from 20:00 to 00:00?
