Keltner Bands

Dear sir,

Here's a program I have on Keltner Bands which used ATR.

I want to have the possibility to project the bands forward or backward by a "horizontal shift ratio" (or a variable parameter chosen by the user).

Is it possible ?

Also i want to have the bars colored like this:
- Above the bands: Green;
- Under the bands: Red;
- Inside the bands: White.
