Slope of moving average line

Can someone please tell me why there has been no response to my post? Did I do something wrong?

I would like to have a study that calculates the slope of a moving average line and plots it in a separate pane in the window. The limits would be 0(for completely horizontal) and 90 (for completely vertical) or some variation on that. Does this formula exist already somewhere or do I have to write it?
