hi new non price indicator

i need please a non - price indicator that will give me the ratio between the last change of the momentum & the high-low of the bar :

(the last momentum - the previous momentum) / (high-low)=A

if the bar is red & the (the last momentum - the previous momentum) is minus(-) then the result(A) must be plus(+)
& if the bar is green & the (the last momentum - the previous momentum) is plus(+) then the result(A) must be plus(+)


but if the bar is red & the (the last momentum - the previous momentum) is plus(+) then the result(A) must be minus(-)
& if the bar is green & the (the last momentum - the previous momentum) is minus(-) then the result(A) must be minus(-)
