Hi and Lo for a give period of time

I would like to create an indicator which plots the hi and lo of a particular time period as horizontal lines. For instance if 3:30 - 4:00 pm is given it should plot a horizontal line for the hi for the period and the lo for the period. Any help would be much appreciated.
