Drawing a line that compares close of yesterday with open today

I was wondering if anyone would know if there is an efs made for the following:
1) if the previous day's last candle's high is lower then the current day's first bar low, draw a horizontal line at the high of the previous day's last candle's high.

or..

2) if the previous day's last candle's low is higher then the current day's first bar high, draw a horizontal line at the low of the previous day's last candle's high.


and.. if none of these conditions are met, draw nothing.

Any help is appreciated,
