Consecutive signals

I would like if possible the following efs:

Highlight the third bar of the pattern (just increase width of the third bar) - pattern is 3 consecutive higher closes for bullish signal.

For selling signal, Highlight the third bar of the bearish pattern (3 consecutive lower closes).
