A Pseudo-Cook Cumulative Tick Indicator?

I know that he developed a propietary cumulative tick indicator, but I was wondering if anyone else had developed a script formula for that emulated the way that said his did?

I am aware of a summation tick indicator, created by LBR Group aka. Linda Raschke. It was developed with the use of Tradestation, but like Mark Cook's, it is proprietary.
