Stock makes a new high EFS

Stock makes a new high.
Does any one have an EFS that would indicate how many days
since this new high ?

(1) It would be interesting to know how "important" this new
high is ?
(2) Is it a 3 day high ?
(3) Is it a 40 day high ?
(4) Is it a 255 day high ?
(5) Is it an all time high ?

I assume some one would use

highest(days,high())

with a little looping ???
