Creating Lines at a certain price

I trade a lot of crdit spreads and draw lines on chars to show where my strikes are. I would like to create a formula that draws these for me wilh the following inputs:

1) Call Strike Sold
2) Put STrike Sold
3) Start date
4) End date

This would create horizontal lines that extend to the end date in the future (beyond the current price bars). Ideally, I would also like to draw a vertical line between the two other lines at the end date.

I would appreciate any help!
