Possible For a Swing to Ignor Pullback?

Hi,
Is it possible for any given swing to ignore, or bypass, a first SH/SL (pullback), and only show up at a 2nd or 3rd SH/SL at users discretion, or when the swing has completely ended? Thanks in advance for any help.
