???ALERT triggered when support formed realtime??

If there an efs out there or can someone program and alert which would give an sound alert when off a 30 min chart support is formed??

Support being defined as both candle wicks on either side of the support candle higher than the support candle..

Also the opposite would be needed for resistance on short trades..

Is it possible to load this into a currency broker's software so that it would automatically trail the stops on a live trade?

Attached is an example of when alerts would be triggered..i drew lines where supports are formed..
