Bar time (calculating how long each tick bar takes)

There is a new article from Suri Duddella in stocks and commodities mag :

He has a study on another pane in the chart which calculates how long a tick bar takes and a horizontal threshold about 250 seconds or so.

Is there any efs similar to this?
