Directional Movement CrosSsover on 5 min chart

Hi; I've been searching for an EFS that can be used as an alert for a Directional Movement Crossover on a 5 min chart. I'm new to the Forum. Saw it yesterday, but can't find it today. I looked in all the E-Signal folders and didn't find it. Can anyone give me the link for the download?
