Wil Spread Indicator

Hello All

I'm almost computer illiterate (you won't believe how long its taken me to get this far) but I can trade...and have recently read 'Larry Williams book Long Term Secrets To Short Term Trading' but have no idea how to get hold of this indicator.
Can any one please help me. Many thanks in advance.
