Plottype_ Area request

This is a request for an efs feature, as opposed to a study - hope this is the right place to post this.

The request is for a PLOTTYPE_AREA option in efs's, the equivalent of the 'Chart Type: Area' selection. Although PLOTTYPE_HISTOGRAM almost achieves this, the Area plots look so much nicer
