Draw line that mirrors the ATR line on chart

Is it possible to draw a line on the chart 10 cents away from the ATR line that consistanly stays 10 cents above the ATR line as it moves the line moves and stays 10 cents away. THis line will mirror the ATR line but always stays 10 cents away. attached is the atr code from esignal.
