Assuming I correctly understood what you are asking you cannot overlay [ie drag and drop] a moving average study on to an indicator and have it automatically based on that indicator.
You will need to either code the moving average study in the indicator's formula or code another formula that calls that indicator's formula and calculates the moving average of it.
You can find detailed examples on both methods in this thread
