i need help with a Moving Average EFS

i need help writing an EFS i can Sort with
intra-day percentage wise. i need to find the distance between current/ last price and a given simple moving average e.g Sma20 in 15 min mode.

say i got 34 stocks and i wanna sort them on 15 min mode percentage-wise
which one is closest to current price.
